Landlord Agreement
The requirements for the Landlord Agreement are:
• Maintain an active account with us on a continuous basis.
• Maintain this account in good financial standing: no more than two late payments in previous twelve months and no returned payments.
• Have a minimum of three (3) rental properties on GreyStone Power's lines.
• Commercial locations are not eligible

If accepted by GreyStone Power Corporation, it is understood that the Landlord will be bound by GreyStone Power's applicable rules and regulations for electric service, a copy of which is available upon request.

Furthermore, either party may cancel this agreement upon fifteen (15) days written notice to the other party.

Landlord requests that GreyStone Power Corporation provide electric service, on a continuous basis, to rental units identified herewith that do not have an active membership associated with a tenant.

Landlord will pay for electric service for rental units at location identified herewith until service is placed in new tenants’ name(s).

Service address of location(s) must include street number, street name, unit/apartment, city, state, and zip code.
